Delete your Gem Survivor account
계정을 지우는 방법은 두 가지예요. 게임 안에서 바로 지우거나, 앱이 없으면 이메일로 요청할 수 있어요.
There are two ways to delete your account: right inside the game, or by email if you no longer have the app.
1게임 안에서 바로 삭제 (추천)Delete inside the game (recommended)
- 게임을 열고 로비 오른쪽 위 설정을 눌러요.Open the game and tap Settings at the top right of the lobby.
- 아래쪽 계정 삭제를 눌러요.Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
- 확인 창에서 삭제하기를 눌러요.Tap Delete in the confirmation window.
서버의 계정, 순위표 기록, 진행 백업이 바로 지워지고, 이 기기의 진행도 함께 지워져요. 인터넷에 연결돼 있어야 해요.
Your server account, ranking records and progress backup are erased immediately, together with the progress on your device. An internet connection is required.
2앱 없이 이메일로 요청Request by email (without the app)
- 제목에 계정 삭제 요청이라고 적어요.Use the subject Account deletion request.
- 본문에 순위표 이름(예: GemA1B2C3)을 적어요. 게임 설정 화면의 계정 줄에 보여요.Include your ranking name (e.g. GemA1B2C3). It is shown on the account line of the in-game Settings screen.
- 확인 후 30일 안에 그 계정의 데이터를 모두 지우고, 보낸 이메일로 결과를 알려 드려요.We delete all data for that account within 30 days and reply to let you know.
우리는 이름·이메일·전화번호를 모으지 않아서, 순위표 이름이 없으면 어느 계정인지 찾을 수 없어요. 앱을 지우기 전에 순위표 이름을 적어 두거나, 게임 안에서 바로 삭제해 주세요.
We don't collect names, emails or phone numbers, so without the ranking name we can't tell which account is yours. Note it down before uninstalling, or delete inside the game.

삭제한 계정과 진행은 되돌릴 수 없어요. 다시 설치하면 새 계정으로 시작해요.
Deleted accounts and progress can't be restored. Reinstalling starts a new account.
